Simon Gann Fails to Appear for Court

Simon Gann was scheduled to appear for his court hearing on December 24th, 2020 for the following charges and failed to appear.

1. Indecent Assault Forcible
2. Compulsion Simple Assault
3. False Imprisonment
4. Theft By Deception-False Impression

He was granted bail August 16th, 2020 for $75,000.00, which I do not understand. Senior Judge Teresa Carr Deni granted a continuance due to failure to appear instead of a warrant.  

Because of the above, 16 pages of his criminal history was faxed to the Judge who granted this along with my contact information. He has over 2 decades of criminal activity and he gets bail and a continuance.

Simon Gann Update

Simon Gann is currently in the Florida area. He was released on bail.

I have gotten reports that he was recently in NYC and Chicago during November of 2020.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve logged in and posted. 

July 2020, Simon Gann has been arrested in New Orleans and will be extradited back to Philadelphia to face charges which include sexual assault and unlawful imprisonments.
