Simon Gann was scheduled to appear for his court hearing on December 24th, 2020 for the following charges and failed to appear.
- Indecent Assault Forcible
- Compulsion Simple Assault
- False Imprisonment
- Theft By Deception-False Impression
He was granted bail August 16th, 2020 for $75,000.00, which I do not understand. Senior Judge Teresa Carr Deni granted a continuance due to failure to appear instead of a warrant.
Because of the above, 16 pages of his criminal history was faxed to the Judge who granted this along with my contact information. He has over 2 decades of criminal activity and he gets bail and a continuance.
He was at the Biloxi Mississippi hard Rock casino last night and a couple time in the past week!
ReplyDeleteI can attest to this. Claimed MIT background, quickly gaining the interest of others around him. Very flashy buying drinks for those appealing to him and went as far as buying food for staff.

ReplyDeleteSimon scammed me out of thousands over the summer of 2020. There are SO many of us who haven't taken any action against him. We all need to come together and take him down since he is still going strong at his game. His instagram is changed to: nogamblenofuture33 for anyone who is interested in seeing their stolen money being flashed around. Has anyone pressed charges against him and came out with anything at all? I was in touch with a detective on his case when he was arrested last time but since they let him bail out, the detective said theres not much he can do for me so I'm trying to figure out what steps to take now.
